Improving Endurance in Exercise

An article promoting the use of positive affirmations in improving stamina and endurance in exercise.  I have found the use of affirmations helpful when participating in endurance sports, as encouragement to continue when energy levels are low and I begin to flag.

4 mugs tea (2 x lemon and ginger tea)
1 tsp cod liver oil
calcium and magnesium supplement

porridge (1/2 cup oats 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup water)
sliced mango strawberries, banana and blueberries, sauteed in water, 1 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 2 – 3 dessertspoons greek style yogurt
cocoa 1 tsp cocoa and 1/2 pint milk
2 oz choc
4 oz nuts

1 glass cranberry juice
2 oz cheese and sliced eating apple
lentil soup, with grated cheese and 2 slices toast

baked peppers, tomato and red onion with cheese
cornflour pudding with fresh fruit salad
1 x mug cocoa 1 tsp cocoa 1/2 pint milk
1 mug camomile tea

Thursday 24th October

4 mugs tea (2 x lemon and ginger
cod liver oil 1 tsp
calcium and magnesium

porridge as yesterday
cocoa as yesterday

choc 2 oz (74% cocoa)
4 oz nuts

2 oz cheese
1 apple

evening meal as yesterday
dessert as yesterday

1 mug camomile tea
