Food Diary from 22 August- 25 August

22 August
 
  • lime juice in hot water
  • 2 mugs tea (15 ml milk each)
  • 2 mugs lemon and ginger tea
  • cod liver oil 5 ml
  • porridge
  • 1/2 cup oats 1.1/2 cups water
  • cinnamon 1 tsp
  • 3 apricots chopped
  • 4 dates chopped
  • several slices fresh mango
  • 1 nectarine peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana liced
  • 4 strawberries diced
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 mug cocoa (made with 1 tsp cocoa and 1/2 pint milk
  • 4 oz nuts (brazil, almonds and mixed fruit and nuts)
  • 1 glass cranberry juice
  • 1.1/2 oz cheese and 2 sticks celery
  • mushroom onion and pepper soup
  • Turkish Halloumi Bake
  • Rice pudding made with 1/2 evaporated milk and added rose flavour syrup
  • 1 mug cocoa (1 tsp cocoa 1/2 pt milk)
  • 1 mug camomile tea
 
23 August
  • hot water and squeeze lime juice
  • 2 mugs tea (15 ml milk each)
  • 2 mugs lemon and ginger tea
  • porridge
  • 1/2 cup oats 1.1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 chopped dates
  • 3 chopped apricots
  • 1 nectarine peeled and chopped
  • several slices fresh mango
  • 6 strawberries diced
  • 1 peeled sliced kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 mug cocoa (1 tsp cocoa and 1/2 pt water)
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • 4oz almonds, brazil nuts and fruit and nut mix
  • Ready made Milk shake banana flavour 500 ml
  • mushroom pepper and onion soup
  • Turkish Halloumi bake
  • Rice pudding with sliced peach
  • cocoa ( 1 tsp cocoa and 1/2 pt milk)
  • 1 camomile tea
24 August
  • hot water with a squeeze of lime juice
  • 2 mugs tea (15 ml milk each)

  • 1 x 5 ml cod liver oil
  • porridge 1/2 cup oats and 1.1/2 cups water
  • 4 dates chopped
  • 3 apricots chopped
  • sliced fresh mango (a good source of vitamin C)
  • 1 peach peeled and sliced
  • 6 strawberries diced
  • 1 x banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • cocoa (1 tsp cocoa + 1/2 pt milk)
  • Eating out – baked potato,cheese and salad
  • tea
  • gluten free chocolate brown and choc macaroon cup of tea
  • boiled egg and 3 slices toast
  • 2 x fromage frais
  • 1 mug cocoa (1 tsp cocoa and 1/2 pt milk
  • camomile tea
