  • walk  into town and back 30 mins each way
  • 25 mins walk to Leisure Centre
  • Evening spinning class 1hour
  • 25 mins walk home
4th Sep
  • 20 mins run round park
  • 25 mins walk to Leisure Centre
  • Legs Bums and  Tums class 1 hour
  •  Home after shopping in town
  • walk to Leisure Centre 25 mins
  • evening aqua-aerobics class 3/4 hour
  • walk home 25 mins 
5th Sep
  • 20 mins run round park (morning)
  • 25 mins to Leisure Centre
  • Lunchtime aerobics class 1 hour
  • into town and home
  • Walk to park for running group15 mins
  • 1 hour + running with group, timed runs.
  • walk home 15 mins
